An opportunity is worth more than all the money in the world!

I wish to devote the rest of my career to establishing and nurturing a vibrant astronomy-oriented community in an area unaffected (or minimally affected) by light pollution.
My primary goals are:

• Establish a National Public Observatory
• Provide extensive astronomy educational programming and learning opportunities
• Foster eco-tourism
• Establish an ambitious program of pro-am collaborative research
• Work with nearby residents and communities to maintain the area's dark skies
• Develop a cooperative eco-friendly and sustainable community

I am just the person to make this happen, but I cannot do it alone. Can you help?
